Manchester City are set to launch a £75million bid to lure Angel Di Maria and David Luiz from Benfica, reports ESPN.
The breakdown of the deal would see the Citizens capture Benfica’s highly-rated Argentine forward for a £40million, with a further £35million to acquire the services of centre back Luiz.
